The Tuna Manufacturers Association of the Philippines (TMAP),
organized in 2000, addresses the need of the Members to form a
cohesive Association that will proactively engage the market,
collaborate with stakeholders, and anticipate global and local trends
affecting the industry.
The combined capacity of the six (6) Tuna Canneries is about 900 metric tons per day. TMAP employs about 10, 000 factory workers at full capacity.
